What once began only 5 weeks ago comes to an end today...the 2018 CrossFit Open season. And what a season it was.

Took Me Long Enough...Italy 2017 Vacation

I was able to take a trip out to Italy this past year and it was a trip that was long overdue. My younger brother got married in Catania which is in Sicily.
