The Problem

Jenny Craig's original platform ran on legacy infrastructure that couldn't support the experience their customers needed. When a full replatform was greenlit, the checkout had to be rebuilt from scratch — not iterated, replaced — inside a live consumer health product where every step carries more weight than a typical eCommerce transaction.
